A trained member of staff shows you how everything works before you train on your own.
Technogym strength and cardio equipment, a free weights area and dumbbells from 2kg to 42kg.
You arrange training directly with the trainer rather than through us. They are on the floor most days and they are approachable.
Monday to Thursday 6am to 10pm, Friday 6am to 9pm, Saturday 7am to 7pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm. Lunchtime membership is 12pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Only on Silver, where it is £35. If you pick Lunchtime, Gold or Platinum you pay no joining fee at all.

Yes. One day is £9, two are £14 and five are £35. Buy them online through our member system. See the day passes.

Lunchtime is monthly rolling. Silver is three months. Gold and Platinum are six. Once your commitment ends, your membership carries on month to month.

Yes, and joining is deliberately easy. Everything runs through our member system, so you can pick a membership, pay and be a member in a couple of minutes. Or walk in and we will do it with you at the desk.
