My fitness journey began when I needed to lose weight, starting at 22.5 stone and initially losing 7.5 stone.
On my journey, I developed a love for weight training and found a passion for powerlifting, which led me to my first competition in October 2022, qualifying for British and European competitions.
If you are new to training, need motivation, or need a program tailored to you and your goals, my experience and knowledge in losing weight, gaining weight and increasing strength will give you peace of mind that you are training to the best of your ability, safely and effectively - helping you find your fitness passion.

I started my fitness journey doing gymnastics at 4 years old, which started my passion for sports and fitness. Transitioning from gymnastics to the gym in 2020, I discovered a new love for strength training. Though intimidating at first, the gym became a place I loved, and my confidence flourished quickly. Now, my goal is to assist individuals in becoming their best selves, whether it's easing into the gym, strength training, weight loss, nutrition, or regaining confidence and better health. With my sports massage qualification, I aim to aid in recovery from injuries and discomfort, promoting overall fitness and well-being. My goal is to create sessions that are enjoyable and free of fear.
